ihiga

overview, location

Depth:  6 -30 m

Fish Live: group of fusiliers and jacks, seargent fish, tunas, whitetip reef sharks, napoleons, turtles

Coral Growth: beautiful stone corals, softcorals in the overhangs

North-east monsoon season mostly reef to the left; it’s a gentle reef slope down to about 25 m; along the lower reef slope you’ll find some narrow overhangs with beautiful soft and whip wire corals; then follows a terrace laying between 25 and 30 m. The reef flat has nice stone corals and formations; if current isn’t strong, finish your dive on the reef top; otherwise stay below the edge

Safety: with strong current don’t make a long safety stop, as current can drift you a long way out from the reef or other the top
